MIND (Coventry): SHARE (Self Help and Relaxation)
We run courses to help people over the age of 18 combat anxiety, fears, stress and tension in their everyday lives. Many clients feel that by coming to SHARE they also gain genuine friendship, support and encouragement from those who have experienced similar problems. We also run an additional 6 session ‘Life skills and coping strategies’ course (includes a session on bereavement), plus an active social group for those who need on-going support. Courses are held at various times and days at venues around the city
